Echo Tech Location: Keene, NH Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $40 to $45 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full Time) Annual Salary: $68,000-$106,000 (based on experience). Summary: Under the supervision of the EKG/EEG/ECHO Supervisor and following established technical standards, this position provides ultrasound images of the heart and related structures of patients of all ages for physician interpretation. The Echocardiographer must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, be capable of gathering and assessing information relative to the patient's age-specific needs, and provide the care needed to achieve the desired clinical outcomes. The Echocardiographer must be able to understand and modify the therapeutic approach in response to the patient's nonverbal reactions to therapy, psychosocial needs, physical limitations and any other age or illness specific issues. Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients for cardiac ultrasound procedures. Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort. Capture high-quality images of cardiac structures and function. Measure and analyze cardiac data (e.g., chamber size, valve function, blood flow). Recognize abnormalities and report findings to cardiologists. Requirements Requirements: At least 1 year of working experience Required, RDCS Required, BLS Certification.
