TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Norwich, Connecticut, 06360! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2
years in ICU and PCU License: RN License required Certifications:
NIHSS, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: ICU and PCU experience, Epic experience
Description: Our PCU unit will be taking ICU overflow. Candidates
must have 2 or more years of ICU experience along with PCU
experience. The shift is 3x12 nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with
every other weekend and holidays as needed. This is a dual level of
care unit consisting of telemetry, PCU, and ICU, and it functions
as a primary stroke center. The unit has a total of 25 beds.
Expected patient ratios are 1:5-6 on the floor side, 1:3 for PCU,
and 1:2 for ICU. Common cases seen include chest pain, strokes,
