Job Description Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to
join team just northwest of Bangor, Maine. Details: - Full-time
position - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm - Outpatient mental health
services - Collaborate with our Primary Care Providers to
recognize, treat and manage mental health and psychosocial issues
while acting as a contributing member to the Integrated Primary
Care Team. Join a not-for-profit organization providing more than
20,000 Mainers with primary and behavioral healthcare, dental,
specialty, wellness, and needed support services. Our network is
