Job Description Rheumatology opening in Lewiston, MELocated in
Lewiston, ME - Portland 35 miles, Boston 140 milesFull-time;

Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist Opportunity to build and
grow rheumatology services within expanding specialty program
Provide comprehensive care for rheumatologic and autoimmune
disorders Mix of outpatient care with limited inpatient consults
Strong referral network and administrative support Collaborative
multidisciplinary environment Clinical Details: Diagnose and manage
autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including rheumatoid
arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis,
gout, and vasculitis Develop individualized treatment plans
including biologic and immunomodulatory therapies Perform joint
injections and musculoskeletal assessments Collaborate with primary
care, orthopedics, nephrology, dermatology, and other specialties
Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination Maintain
documentation within EMR Optional opportunities for teaching,
