Job Description Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat adult patients with acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education Develop and manage long-term treatment plans Collaborate with care teams including NP/PAs and specialists Participate in on-call rotation as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Support quality improvement and population health initiatives Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active or eligible medical license DEA license required BLS & ACLS certification required Experience in outpatient or community health preferred Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Ability to manage diverse patient populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset Familiarity with EHR systems Schedule Full-time outpatient schedule Shared call rotation Strong work-life balance model Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary productivity incentives Full health benefits package 401(k) with employer contribution Generous PTO holidays CME allowance and time off Malpractice coverage included Loan repayment eligibility
