Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A registered nurse with expertise in Operating Room nursing is needed to provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of the Unit Director. This travel assignment is based in Bangor, ME, offering dynamic opportunities to apply your clinical skills in a supportive healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Perform patient care functions in accordance with state nursing regulations and hospital policies. Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse who provides shift supervision. Maintain open, respectful communication with multidisciplinary teams. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting. Uphold hospital core values, including compassion, integrity, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications and Experience: Current Maine RN license in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Telemetry experience is a plus. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as mandated by state regulations. Strong team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Additional Details: If you live within 50 miles of the facility, a $10/hr rate adjustment applies. Up to 16 hours of orientation to be unpaid.
