Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Client requires competency with electronic medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred. Ability to perform evaluation, treatment planning, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise for orthopedic and post-operative patients. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.
