Job Description:

Become a vital part of a Portland, ME hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate advanced CT imaging systems to support care for acute and trauma patients. Minimum Requirements: 3 years CT experience, including Level I or Level II trauma CT experience (client requirement) Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography with CT credentialing preferred. State of Maine professional license required. BLS certification required. Experience with GE Revolution CT and GE Discovery HD CT preferred. Experience using Epic and IMPAX preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma-capable hospital setting and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Nights, 1830-0700. Typical shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3rd shift replacement request). Number of openings: 2. Patient population: Acute and trauma patients. Equipment: GE Revolution CT and GE Discovery HD CT. EMR: EPIC and IMPAX. Call requirements: None. Float requirements: None.
