Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Wethersfield, CT Our modern, technology-driven dental practice in Wethersfield, CT (06109) is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our energetic and upbeat team. We are a well-established office with 3 doctors and a strong clinical team, focused on delivering high-quality care using the latest technology. Schedule 4 days per week 8:00am – 5:00pm One day off: Thursday or Friday No Saturdays Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral health and hygiene Utilize modern dental technology including intraoral cameras and scanners Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient care Requirements Active RDH license in Connecticut Strong communication skills with excellent command of the English language Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern dental technology Energetic, positive, and team-oriented Experience with Dentrix is a plus Pay & Compensation $48–$52 per hour PTO Bonus program 401(k) with matching 75% employer contribution to medical insurance (employee) We are looking for a motivated hygienist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
