Medical Technologist Location: Farmington, CT Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $2,800 to $2,900 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/21/2026 About the Position Perform blood typing, crossmatching, antibody screening, and other transfusion-related testing. Ensure accurate and timely processing of blood products in accordance with established protocols. Monitor quality control (QC), equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Support daily laboratory operations including workflow coordination, scheduling, and inventory management. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective transfusion practices. Requirements MT/MLS (ASCP) certification required. Minimum 2 years of in-hospital clinical laboratory experience. Prior Blood Bank experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA). Experience with EPIC/Beaker SoftBank for Blood Bank. Benefits Sean Gray (315)
