you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: - Works
with Talent Acquisition team to recruit and interview qualified
staff to service the patient population. - In conjunction with the
Education Team, appropriately orients and trains newly hired staff.
- Supervises Pediatric Field Supervisor and all field RNs and LPNs.
- Performs all payroll functions necessary to ensure proper payment
of staff. - Reviews and utilizes reports to identify and correct
errors on a timely basis to ensure correct billing and payroll. -
Conducts caregiver performance assessments during client visits as
needed. - Performs annual reviews of all staff with input from
Field Supervisor, as appropriate. - Works with Billing,
Authorization, Eligibility and Billing Readiness teams to ensure
accurate and timely information. - Performs CTM Workflow in
Homecare Homebase. - Completes data set information, as assigned,
regarding patient including but not limited to Transfer to
Inpatient Facility, Death in Home, Resumption of Care, Discharge
and Follow-Up. - Performs and documents nursing service delivery
related to patient admission and re-certification, if applicable,
including the Plan of Care. Ensures documentation reflects
individualized patient/family learning needs, developmental levels,
cultural and social practices. What is Required? - Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing - 2 years’ experience as a Registered
Nurse - Registered Nurse within the state with current license -
Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and
reliable transportation You will report to the Vice President of
