Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist Full-time employed position Established and expanding digestive health program Inpatient and outpatient practice Perform EGD, colonoscopy, biopsy, polypectomy, hemostasis, dilation, and PEG placement Manage conditions including IBD, GERD, liver disease, pancreatic disorders, and GI bleeding Shared call schedule Collaborate with hospitalists, surgery, oncology, radiology, and primary care Participate in quality, peer review, and patient safety initiatives Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential student loan repayment Comprehensive benefits including malpractice with tail, CME, retirement, and PTO J1 visa sponsorship available MD or DO; completion of Internal Medicine residency and GI fellowship; Maine licensure, DEA, BLS, and ACLS required Located near attractions including Rangeley Lakes region, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Acadia National Park Approximately 35 miles ( 40 minutes) to Portland and 140 miles ( 2.5 hours) to Boston
