JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Family Medicine Job Type: Locum Location: Cheshire, Connecticut Health System: Hartford HealthCare- Locums Coverage Period: Sep 01, 2026 Mar 31, 2027 Shift Schedule: M-F, 8a 5p Reason for Coverage: Coverage PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 20 patients per day Case Mix: Outpatient Primary Care FACILITY INFORMATION Support Staff Available: 4 front desk, 3 MAs, and potentially 2 APPs JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active CT license required Experience: 5+ years of Family Medicine experience required Other Qualifications: Preference given to local/drive-in candidates DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outpatient primary care services in a clinical setting Manage an average patient volume of 20 patients per day Collaborate with support staff including front desk, MAs, and APPs Maintain standard office hours of 8a to 5p, Monday through Friday
