Job Description:

Seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care team in Topsham, Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community-based practice.

• Full-time outpatient primary care position
• Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
• Modern EMR system and strong clinical support staff

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• Active Maine NP license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
