Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room
Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The OR RN
will play a critical role in providing safe, high-quality patient
care before, during, and after surgical procedures in a fast-paced
operating room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and instruments
for procedures
- Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative
process
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Monitor patients conditions and maintain sterile
environments
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical
staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control standards,
and patient safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable
state
- Associate or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing required
- BLS certification required; ACLS and/or CNOR preferred
- Previous Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience
preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational
skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical
environment
Schedule & Compensation:
