Our ideal candidate will have the following: Open availability.
At least 2 years of experience. Willingness to learn and teach
others Be able to comply with all occupational, health, and safety
standards. Be comfortable working in a busy and high energy
environment. Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and
constantly improve. Major Responsibilities: Prepare to order, all
food items following standard recipes and procedures within
specified time limits (10 -12 minutes at lunch; 12 -15 minutes at
dinner). Wash and clean raw food products. Knowledge on ordering
and maintaining par levels and inventory. Peeling, dicing,
shredding and slicing food products using manual and electric
equipment. Measure and assemble ingredients and cook items
according to recipes and menu specifications. Bake and microwave
raw and prepared foods. Be able to handle hot and cold work
conditions during food preparation Maintain personal health and
sanitation standards (wash hands when using restroom, etc.).
Continuous: reaching, bending, lifting, carrying. Be able to stand
and be on foot for the majority of the scheduled shift.
