Responsibilities Include: --- Prepare menu items, and provide
service according to brand standards.--- Set up kitchen and prep
food for Bistro offerings and upcoming banquet events--- Maintain,
clean and sanitize all dishware, equipment, and all areas of the
Restaurant and BOH space--- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu
items and steps of service--- Maintain complete knowledge of Point
Of Sale and manual systems--- Complete opening and closing side
