Shift Leaders typically have previous Dunkin' or restaurant experience and share a passion for Dunkin' products and its loyal customers. Shift Leaders are the leadership level just below the Restaurant Manager - which means Shift Leaders serve an integral role in ensuring the success of the store and the customer experience. Shift Leaders are the role models for operational excellence and exceptional customer service. They are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout the shift. Shift Leaders are exactly that - leaders that set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. At our company, Shift Leaders fine tune their leadership and team-building skills and develop business and hospitality experience as they progress. If interested, motivated Shift Leaders who show promise and the proper skillset may be promoted to a larger managerial role.

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
