Job Description:
Being a Shift Lead combines leadership with strong people
skills. Shift Leads make sure Team Members are properly trained,
positioned and ready to provide a great Customer experience.As a
Shift Lead, you play a key role in the operation of the restaurant.
The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manger by running
great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. They take ownership and
responsibility of resolving problems, seeks help from others when
appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to
others.Additional responsibilities include:
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring
safe work behaviors
Provides regular feedback to the team and RGM
