Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The employee
occupying this position will be required to perform a variety of
duties that are centered on serving our valued customers in the
most hospitable way possible while maintaining adequate stock
levels, proper product placement and store cleanliness at all
times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provides pleasant and courteous service to
customers, responding to questions and requests in a timely manner.
Stocks and rotates products from the backroom storage to sales
areas following the first in first out (FIFO) principle; products
include but are not limited to groceries, beverages, cigarettes,
other tobacco products, beer, wine, liquor, and other products as
needed. Checks all products for code dates and follows procedures
for credits or store waste. Maintains a clean and organized store
environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning glass
windows and doors, emptying trash receptacles, and placing trash in
dumpsters. Assists the lead on duty as needed. Regularly checks and
cleans restroom areas. Ensures the backroom storage area is clean
and organized. Regularly maintains outside store cleanliness.
Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
Maintains confidentiality at all times. Maintains awareness and
sensitivity to Native American Culture. Performs other duties as
assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no
supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated ability in customer
service, including responding to customer queries and requests in a
timely and courteous manner. Knowledge of inventory management
principles, including stocking and rotation of goods and FIFO
application. Ability to maintain the freshness of products by
checking code dates and implementing procedures for credits or
store waste. Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and
organization within the store, including indoor areas, restrooms,
backroom storage, and external premises. Experience in assisting
team leads or supervisors as required. Ability to attend and
contribute to mandatory meetings and training sessions. Commitment
to protecting privacy and personal information of customers and
staff. COMPUTER SKILLS Inventory management software, MS Office
(Excel, Word), and Point of Sale (POS) systems. EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE Education Required: High School graduation or General
Education Degree (GED). Education Preferred: N/A. Experience: A
combination of education and experience may be considered as a
substitute for a degree requirement. Certificates & Licenses: N/A
