Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Professional Kitchen Manager We are seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. Position Overview The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations, managing kitchen staff, controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring consistent execution of menu standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
