As a Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, manage inventory, and mentor our culinary staff. We're looking for a dedicated individual with: - 2-3 years of proven kitchen experience, ideally within an upscale casual dining environment. - A strong background in scratch cooking is essential, as you'll be instrumental in preparing innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
