Owned Deli serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shift Description
Early Morning Shift . 18 Requires working with age restricted
equipment. $15-$18 p/r tips Tips average $5-$7 p/hr. Duties and
Responsibilities Measure and mix ingredients to make bagels and
bread from scratch. Measure and mix ingredient for recipes. Prep
and portion products needed to prepare menu items. Serves food at
proper temperatures. Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all
times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties. Keeps
food waste at a minimum. Receive and check-in truck orders. Handle
50lbs of flour Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
