Physical Therapist Location: Plainville, CT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,283 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 3 years preferred License: Valid state PT licensure Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; EPIC experience is a plus Description: Location: Plainville, CT. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM. The tentative schedule includes 3 days with a shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM and 2 days with a shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. A valid state physical therapy licensure and a BLS certification are required.
