Job Description:
At Global Partners LP, a leader in energy products and services,
we extend our market presence into the hospitality sector at our
service locations across the Northeastern U.S. We are looking for
an experienced Guest Service Supervisor to oversee the daily
operations of our service center hospitality services. This role is
pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and enhancing
guest satisfaction, mirroring the high standards we maintain across
all our operations. You will manage guest service teams, coordinate
front desk activities, and implement strategies to heighten guest
experiences. Your leadership will foster an engaging, responsive,
and professional environment. Oversee daily operations of guest
services at multiple locations. Supervise, train, and manage front
desk staff and other guest service employees. Ensure high levels of
guest satisfaction through excellent service. Address and resolve
guest complaints and issues efficiently. Develop and implement
strategies to improve quality of customer service. Coordinate with
other departments to ensure smooth operation across the board.
Prepare and manage budgets for the hospitality department. Analyze
customer feedback and provide strategic direction to improve
services. Ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness
standards. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to
multitask effectively Problem-solving skills and ability to handle
crises Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management
software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) preferred
First Aid and CPR certifications are beneficial
