Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Colchester, CT at a
skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from
injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new

details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral
degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to
start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or
may be required. (Client may require current BLS on file.)
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
preferred. Ability to work with typical SNF equipment and
documentation systems. Prior experience with restorative programs
preferred. Client requires a 13-week contract duration. Assignment
Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift
hours: 08:30–16:30. Work pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
