Compensation: $14 - $18 per hour Position Type: Full-Time We are a high energy wine bar located in Greenwich Village. Focusing on cuisine from Veneto and wines from all regions of Italy, our goal is to give our guests the opportunity to experience wines from regions most restaurants and wine bars do not offer. Serving Classic Venetian cuisine in the form of small plates and using ingredients that pair well with wine. We Are A Love Affair Of Food And Wine. Responsibilities Clean kitchen and work area Maintain inventory of food and supplies Oversee kitchen operations Prepare and cook meals Education Apprenticeship completed, cooking Associate's Degree, culinary arts College Diploma, culinary arts High School Diploma (or equivalent) Qualifications Previous commercial cooking experience Red Seal certification Trade certification NYC Food Handlers Card Past Experience in an Italian Restaurant Skills Creative thinker Excellent cooking skills Good manual dexterity Good sense of smell and taste Knowledgeable about dietetics Works well with others Knowledge in Italian Cuisine Apply Today!
