looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition
team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter
will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for Right
Networks' technical teams. The ideal candidate has demostrated
experience hiring for roles like Senior Software Engineer, Data
Analyst, and Product Management. This person will have a direct
impact on the company's growth and act as a strategic partner to
hiring managers and candidates.Responsibilities
- Proactively and creatively source candidates using social
media, networking, and Right Networks' applicant tracking
system
- Manage the recruiting process for each assigned role, from
initial candidate outreach through negotiating offers
- Ensures an inclusive hiring process, and assesses candidates on
appropriate competencies
- Uses diplomacy with candidates and hiring managers
- Advises hiring managers on hiring strategies, interviewing
techniques, and delivering a great candidate experience
- Understand the goals, needs, success metrics, and requirements
for each assigned opening
- Build excitement around Right Networks' job
opportunitiesRequirements
- 3-5 years of in-house talent acquisition experience in a high
growth environment
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for technical
positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an
appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Ability to attract and source passive candidates, and build
diverse pipelines
- Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships
with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experiences
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; JazzHR experience a
