Job Description:
Overview:Our company is searching for experienced candidates for
the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. To join our

qualifications.Responsibilities:
Manages and addresses complex
employee relations issues with business group for appropriate
resolution. Promote an environment of positive employee relations,
maintaining confidentiality, establishing trust and
credibility.Provide counseling and guidance to managers/partners in
matters of employee relations.Maintains documentation on local
office(s) Human Resources related issues.Serve as subject matter
expert on employee relations.Create an environment of positive
employee relations, keeps confidentiality, establishes trust and
credibility, seen by employees as approachable and fair, balances
business needs with employee needs, and spends significant time
interfacing directly with employees/client base.Counsel and coach
management and employees on performance and employee relations
related matters.Provide local HR support to managers and employees
with various HR related issues.Maintain compliance with federal and
state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation.Provides HR guidance to employees and managers with
regard to career development, recruiting, performance management,
compensation, training, company policies.Assists corporate
Compensation department in classification of DC positions and
provides local competitor information related to surveys as
applicable.Work closely with HR team on employee relations,
recruiting, learning and professional development programs.Ensure
compliance with required local reporting, regulations,
processes.Assists HR management in the development, revision,
implementation and communication of company policy, procedures and
administrative practices. Supports Sr. Manager of HR with
corporate/divisional report generation, workforce analysis
initiatives, compensation analysis and ad-hoc reporting.Develops
and maintains comprehensive understanding of healthcare
environments, which will require a regular presence with clients
and may include visiting practice locations supported.Forms solid
working relationships, based on a thorough knowledge of the
business, with HR team, Operations Managers/Supervisors, practice
managers and other key site physicians.Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist
role, with at least 2 years high level business partner experience
preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field.
- Experience in Healthcare highly desired.
- Related certifications highly desired; i.e., PHR, SPHR,
SHRM.
- Demonstrated accuracy, the ability to prioritize, work
independently under minimal supervision and attention to detail are
critical to success in this position.
- Must be willing and able to travel to business partner
locations within CT.
- Display an understanding of the companys organizational
structure, corporate culture, and business objectives.
- Requires uncompromising integrity and the ability to manage
complex, sensitive, and confidential information and
circumstances.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to
effectively communicate a wide variety of information to
employees.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, including
first line supervisors and department managers on a daily basis, as
well as frequent contact with unit and division personnel, outside
businesses, professional organizations, and others such as medical
providers.
- Solid intuitive judgment is required.
