Benefits Administrator 75K-80K Shelton, Hybrid Why This Benefits

Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator: Oversee day-to-day
administration of employee benefits plans Guide and support
employees with benefits questions and enrollment changes Coordinate
training sessions for new hires, compliance, and skills development
Assist with rolling out a new learning management system (LMS)
through Paycom Provide support for payroll activities as needed
(not fully managing payroll) Maintain accurate and confidential
employee records Be a go-to contact for employee concerns related
to policies and workplace issues Help plan employee recognition
efforts and team-building activities Contribute to HR reporting,
system updates, audits, and special projects Qualifications for the
Benefits Administrator: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in
benefits administration and training support Ability to assist with
payroll tasks and navigate HRIS systems (Paycom knowledge is a
plus) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a
related field - or equivalent HR background Strong people skills
with clear communication and organizational strengths
