Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shift: Days (No
weekends or holidays) Salary Range: $25/hr for new grads Up to
$27/hr based on experience Possible Sign-On Bonus and/or Relocation
Assistance (discussed during interview) Job Summary Reporting to
the Director of Occupational Health, the LPN will provide clinical
and primary care services while collaborating with employees,
employers, and interdisciplinary health and safety teams. You will
play a key role in identifying health needs, supporting
injury/illness management, and promoting safe and healthy workplace
practices. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments,
management, and documentation of occupational and non-occupational
injuries/illnesses Participate in case management and
return-to-work planning Conduct health hazard assessments and
surveillance Investigate and analyze injury/illness trends Ensure
compliance with federal, state, and organizational health/safety
regulations Support health promotion and disease prevention
initiatives Provide counseling, employee education, and training
programs Assist in research and quality improvement activities
related to occupational and environmental health Requirements
Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited school of
practical nursing (Required) 1–2 years of healthcare experience
(Required) Occupational or Employee Health experience (Preferred)
Licensure & Certifications Active New Hampshire LPN license at time
of submission (Required) BLS (AHA) required Specialty certification
and Breath Alcohol Technician certification (Preferred) Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational
