Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in their
Marlborough, Massachusetts office.Job Title: Talent Acquisition
PartnerPay Rate: $65.00/hrLocation: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – 3
days in office)Contract: Inital 6 months, could extendAs a Talent
Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to the
business, leveraging deep industry trends, business operations
knowledge, and recruitment best practices. You will be responsible
for engaging, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent to support the
organizational mission.You will manage the full recruitment
lifecycle—including candidate relationship management,
interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiations. By collaborating
with Sourcing teams, you will develop and execute strategies to
meet short-term needs and long-term organizational objectives,
ensuring the business is equipped with the right processes to hire
successfully. salary: $64.99 - $65 per hour shift: First work
hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Top

Recruitment: Manage candidate pipelines, conduct high-quality
interviews, and apply employment assessment tools effectively.
