SWISS CNC TURNING EXPERT Brandstrom Instruments, Inc. is a 50 year old manufacturing company located in Ridgefield, Ct.Our product lines include aircraft warning indicators and optical shutters for infrared camera systems Used in commercial and military applications. We are AS9100D certified.We are looking for a Swiss CNC Turning Expert who has a proven track record in the following areas: --- Programing with G Codes--- Set up--- Machine operating and trouble shooting--- Training and managing employees--- Tool making design and manufacture of fixtures and dies--- Define and purchase tools--- Machine maintenance--- Scheduling--- Machining to close tolerances on small parts with thin walls--- Working closely with Engineering, Quality and upper Management Experience with Star Turning Centers, Datron Milling-machines and Engineering plastics such as Peek and Torlon would be a plus. The applicant should have a minimum of 20 years hands on related experience. We will offer a competitive compensation package to the selected individual.
