Controller ABOUT THE COMPANY: Controller The company is going through very aggressive growth Gym/fitness room, dry cleaner, and café on-site! The Controller reporting directly to the CFO This company is both a manufacturing and SaaS organization. This company is the only manufacturer in the world for their product and software Expanding to multiple new international markets in 2021 Hybrid schedule Responsibilities of Controller: Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies Preferred Skillset of Controller: Erp system experience Advanced excel skills Experience in multi-company organizations, consolidation, intercompany procedures Demonstrate excellent communication, technology, problem solving and analytical skills Willingness to learn INJUN2025 ZRCFS
