culture Job Details Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced Permanent Applications Engineer to join our dynamic
team in the Manufacturing industry. As an Applications Engineer,
you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the
seamless integration and efficient functioning of our systems. This
position offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of
professionals and play a pivotal role in enhancing our business
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Active Directory, AD, Office 365, and Cloud. You will be
responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining our
applications, ensuring that they meet our business needs and
objectives. Responsibilities 1. Manage, maintain, and support
existing applications and systems, ensuring their optimal
performance. 2. Implement new applications, including requirements
gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. 3. Work
closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of
applications into existing systems. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve
application-related issues in a timely manner. 5. Provide training
and support to users on the use of applications. 6. Conduct regular
reviews of applications to identify areas for improvement and
enhancement. 7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements
in application engineering and bring those insights to bear on our
operations. 8. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to
understand business needs and translate them into effective
application solutions. 9. Develop and maintain technical
documentation related to applications. 10. Ensure compliance with
data privacy regulations and best practices. Qualifications 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in applications engineering, preferably in the
manufacturing industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory,
AD, Office 365, and Cloud. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills,
with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve
application-related issues. 5. Strong project management skills,
with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to
effectively communicate technical information to non-technical
staff. 7. Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 8. Ability to work in
a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business
needs. 9. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality
and accuracy. 10. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and
