Job Description:
I. Job Summary With limited supervision, act as a liaison
between the business, senior leadership, and technology teams on
operations, process redesign / improvement, process management, new
systems, and enhancements of existing systems. The Process
Improvement Analyst I conducts business process analysis, needs
assessments and cost / benefit analysis for technology enabled
projects; conducts process root cause analysis and redesign, and /
or serve in program / product management roles on significant,
inter-departmental projects within SBS in an effort to align
operations, process, and technology with business initiatives. The
Process Improvement Analyst I will work in both independent lead
roles (partnered with other senior business leaders), or as part of
3 or more small project teams at a given time. II. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Conduct business process analysis & redesign
including responsibilities for creating process mapping, pareto
analysis, side-by-side observation, presentation building, and
communication to leadership of identified problems and solutions.
Communicate and coordinate with business stakeholders working cross
departmentally to determine/document business and user
requirements, process flow definitions, and functional
specifications Collaborate with IT and business subject matter
experts to document and communicate requirements for small to
medium IT projects & enhancements. Track status of projects, build
& maintain timelines, manage risks/issues, and communicate project
status to appropriate leadership. Works with business stakeholders
to ensure adoption of process/technical changes are effectively and
efficiently rolled out Review project progress and evaluate results
for accuracy and efficiency Drive business transformation – change
the current state into a more effective and efficient future state
aligned to goals and objectives Leads and drives development and
design of new training curricula as needed to enhance adoption of
key IT programs using a train the trainer approach Monitor work
processes, procedures and expenses, and establish programs which
drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals
Oversee the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating
systems and programs. Make recommendations & help implement
improvements to the current state processes to improve operational
quality, speed, or customer experience III. Qualifications A.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Math, or in lieu of degree High School
Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work
experience. 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to the
education requirement). B. Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Vizio, Lucid Charts, or related technology Experience in Data
Analysis (SQL, Power BI, or related BI tools) Experience Presenting
(Insight, Storytelling, and Deck Creation) Experience with
Knowledge Management (Documentation) Lean Six Sigma Certification

professional office environment and routinely requires the use of
standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines,
etc. The expected base pay range for this on-site office position
is $59800-$85905. This range represents a good-faith estimate for
this position. The specific salary offered to a successful
candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the
candidate’s relevant experience, education, training,
certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition,
