Job Description:

Direct Hire – Naugatuck, CT Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize production trays, racks, bins, and accessories Maintain cleanliness of walk-off mats and dispose of trash in production and warehouse areas Keep cleaning logs up to date and ensure all cleaning agents are properly labeled Assist in manufacturing by preparing trays, cartons, and packaging products Operate metal detection equipment and apply labels as needed Support facility cleaning and sanitation efforts as a backup to the Quality Plant Hygienist Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous cleaning experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
