Responsibilities:
--- Litigate and resolve matters related to divorce and separation, covering areas such as property division, child custody, and spousal support.
--- Maintain effective communication with clients and other relevant parties involved in legal proceedings.
--- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
--- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, and depositions.
--- Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer expert legal advice to clients.
--- Draft a variety of legal documents, such as discovery motions, pleadings, and briefs.

Qualifications:
--- Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
--- Must be an active member in good standing with the Maine state bar or your home state bar.
--- Should be willing to apply for reciprocal admission to the Maine Bar if relocating.
--- Demonstrated expertise and/or passion for family law is required.
