Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-stakes civil litigation cases and collaborate within a dynamic legal environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. - Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. - Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. - Advise clients and provide strategic counsel on a variety of legal issues. - Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies. Qualifications: - Admitted to practice law in Connecticut. - 3 years of experience in civil litigation (required). - Defense-side civil litigation experience (preferred). - Experience in insurance defense (preferred). - Employment law experience (preferred). - Strong written and oral advocacy skills. - Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. What We Offer: - $120k - $150k salary depending on experience - Medical, dental, vision insurance - 401k - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
