civil litigation experience Complementary experience in real
estate, corporate law and/or estate planning helpful, but not
required Experience in legal research, drafting discovery, motions
and briefs, handling depositions and court hearings Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Ability to work
collaboratively in an on-site setting Juris Doctor (JD) degree from
an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Maine or eligible
to waive in Responsibilities Full-time, on-site or hybrid role
