Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Operator 2 – Warehouse
Operations in Plainfield, IN. The Operator 2 – Warehouse Operations
would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth
potential. This would be full-time / 40 hours per week. If you are

this position is $17.50 per hour Benefits are available to
full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a
company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of
service on our eligibility dates Operator 2 Highlights This
position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is 1st shift – Monday
to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Must be available for overtime and
occasional Saturdays Pre-screen documentation must be submitted
with candidate Steel-toed shoes are required Drug test required
Operator 2 Responsibilities Safely load and unload inbound and
outbound shipments using Warehouse Management System (WMS) Report
inventory discrepancies Operate MHE equipment including Order
Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock
Stockers Retrieve and replenish product from warehouse locations
Support other warehouse roles as needed, including coverage during
absences or vacations Operator 2 Requirements High School Diploma
or GED preferred; 1 year of relevant warehouse experience required
in lieu of diploma Must have counterbalance forklift or high reach
forklift experience Ability to obtain forklift certification
Experience using RF scanners Attendance is mandatory for the first
90 days Preferred Qualifications Proficient in PC use and basic
distribution operations Strong initiative, prioritization, and
problem-solving skills Knowledge of general warehouse and logistics
procedures Ability to read and interpret warehouse/distribution
documents Physical Requirements Must be able to lift over 50 lbs in
some areas Frequent standing, walking, reaching, stooping,
twisting, crouching, and use of hands/fingers Normal vision
(corrected to 20/40) and sufficient hearing to safely operate
material handling equipment Work Environment Moderate to loud noise
levels Exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures,
