Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: The role follows the "lifecycle" of a medication package within the facility: Inbound: Scanning barcodes to receive products and documenting inventory. Inventory Management: Stocking shelves, using forklifts for heavy items (skids), and managing overstock. Order Fulfillment: Packing prescriptions, verifying medication against leaflets, and handling temperature-sensitive items (cold chain logistics). Outbound: Shrink-wrapping skids, strapping totes, and moving them to the shipping dock. Physical & Technical Requirements: This is a high-intensity role. You should be comfortable with: Lifting: Up to 25 lbs independently. Mobility: Reaching overhead, bending below the knees, squatting, and climbing ladders. Machinery: Operating large power equipment (forklifts) and using handheld scanners. Precision: Reading small print on medication labels and leaflets to ensure accuracy. Must Have High School Diploma OR GED Success Factors: Integrity: Because you are handling pharmaceuticals, strict adherence to ethics and company policy is non-negotiable.
