Assignment for up to 32 weeks. Distance is measured by a straight
line, not driving distance PT for Pediatric Rehab Team: Will be
performing home/childcare visits. M-F, No weekends. Our team
support a wide variety of needs, including but not limited to
children with ASD, Down Syndrome, unknown etiology developmental
delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, CP, HIE and subsequent neuro,
microcephaly, hydrocephaly, orthopedic (acute with impact on home
mobility), club foot, prematurity, brachial plexus birth injury.
Requirements: " Licensed PT, please note any others. VT license "
Prior travel not required " A minimum of 2 years of
clinical/specialty experience " Epic experience in the past 24
months Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday "
No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on
Monday, next available is " Please ensure all employment gaps over
90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history
