Nesco Resource is looking for a 3rd Shift Operator-Laser Welding located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM Pay: $18-$20/hour Depending on experience (24% shift differential) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to support the production of precision medical device components. This role involves operating and adjusting laser welding and forming equipment while following written instructions and maintaining accurate documentation.
