Job Description Job Description Mancan in partnership with a Middlefield facility is in need of a 1st shift Production Worker. Job Title: Production Worker Pay:$17.50/hour Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Location: Middlefield, OH Position Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling product off the production line, removing scrap material, and operating a glue machine to prepare product for final inspection. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Pull finished product off the production line quickly and accurately * Remove and dispose of scrap materials in a safe and efficient manner * Operate glue machine and ensure correct application to product * Inspect products for alignment and quality; identify and report any defects * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety and company procedures * Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift * Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn * Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Benefits: * Competitive pay at $17.50/hour * Consistent full-time schedule (4-day workweek) * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
