Job Description Job Description Job Title: Mill Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented production mill operators for an exciting opportunity in Biddeford. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and mixing large batches to create plastic base materials utilized by other production departments. The ideal candidate will be able to read and follow work instructions in English, both written and verbal, and must have the physical capability to lift 60 lbs. Pay starts at $20 per hour with a 5am start time. Responsibilities Operate production equipment efficiently. Mix large batches to create plastic base materials. Read and follow work instructions in English, both written and verbal. Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation and production line tasks. General labor skills within a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in warehouse and landscaping settings. Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing or transferrable experience. Ability to lift 60 lbs. A strong safety-first attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
