Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate - Clean Room Environment Job Description Join our team in assembling and distributing small part medical devices. You will be responsible for achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and keeping your area clean and organized. Responsibilities Inspect parts and pack products with precision. Perform quality control and assemble tubes used in IV bags for medical facilities. Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain product quality. Conduct inspections of parts and complete batch control paperwork. Perform duties safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience with proficiency in measurements and math. Ability to learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out, safety, and quality procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembly, packing, and production within a medical device environment. Proficiency in quality inspection and machine operation. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean warehouse environment where you'll wear a gown, pants, and new shoes. This team-oriented setting allows for cooperation with other shifts, engineering, quality, and management. You will operate equipment and tools with precision, adhering to safety, quality, and production requirements. Be prepared to move between different lines and responsibilities as needed, and ensure you safely work with and around moving equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
