Job Description Connecticut community hospital is seeking a
Nocturnist to join their tightly knit, highly skilled team of 8
physicians and 2 APPs. Experienced Internal or Family Medicine
candidates will be considered. Enjoy the perfect balance of
suburban comfort and city convenience, in a community with a
thriving downtown and excellent quality of life, located just 20
minutes from Hartford. No procedures or codes. Closed ICU. 249 bed
community hospital. 3 physicians and 1 APP during the day;
dedicated nocturnist overnight. 22 bed closed ICU managed by
intensivists. Average overnight census: 65. Average overnight
admissions: 7. Family residency on site to help with night
admissions. EMRMeditech w/Dragon, upgrading to EPIC in July 2026.
Hospitalists are part of rapid response team.
