Job Description Job Description Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for Production Associate’s in the Kennebunk, ME area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases. Schedules: *All shift hours are subject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes* 1st Shift – Monday – Friday – 7:00AM – 3:30PM - $18 / HR 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday – 3:00PM – 11:30PM - $19.50 / HR 3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday – 9:30PM – 6:00AM - $20 / HR Roles Available: Sandblasters Sandblasting a variety of small parts. Attention to detail is very critical. Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets. Verify quantities. Polishing Operator Running multiple vibratory bowls. Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer. Verify quantities. Attention to detail and able to read instructions. Production Operator Consists of loading and unloading coating machines. Cleaning and staging part for coating. Attention to detail and able to read instructions. Verify quantities. Inspecting/Packing Attention to detail. Verify quantities. Inspect and securely package customer product. Key Responsibilities: Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards Complete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area Physical Requirements: Up to 8 hours of walking and standing Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to this posting with your resume!
