Job Description Job Description Our client, Charles Industries, is seeking Production Assemblers to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Assembler Location: Canton, MO Pay Range: $17 per hour Shifts: 3rd: Sun - Th 11:30pm - 7:30am What's the Job? Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in training new team members as needed. What's Needed? Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the job. Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
